FAQ:
1. How does this work?
- Bring 1 piece of diaper (any brand except BabyLove) to any of the 25 AEON stores and submit to BabyLove Night SWAP Agent.
- Fill up the SWAP registration form available at the SWAP area at any of the 25 AEON stores or at www.babylove.com.my (Please refer to BabyLove Night Diaper Swap Program tab) and submit to BabyLove Night SWAP Agent.
- Prepare a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate (only children aged below 48 months are eligible for the swap) and present to BabyLove Night SWAP Agent for verification purposes. Only parents are allowed to do the SWAP.
- Receive a brand new value pack of our BabyLove Night for FREE.
2. When and where will this take place?
- Please refer above this note.
- Note that the timing stated is estimated, actual timing may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
- The Diaper Swap program area will be located at AEON’s supermarket level, either at Gondola end displays or Block displays at OR near the baby diaper aisles of each store.
3. How am I able to identify the SWAP agent?
- BabyLove Night SWAP agents will all be wearing a SWAP Agent tag and dressed in t-shirts with BabyLove branding.
4. How long will the mobile Swap Points be at each location?
- The duration at each location is from 1.00pm to 8.00 (while stocks last)
- Requests for prolonged duration at each mobile Swap Point will not be entertained.
5. What must I produce in order to be eligible?
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate (only children aged 48months and below and eligible for the swap) for verification purposes. The copy of your child’s birth certificate will not be kept by BabyLove SWAP agent upon verification.
- A completed Diaper SWAP registration form (obtainable onsite at the Diaper Swap area OR at www.babylove.com.my)
- 1 piece of diaper (any brand except BabyLove)
6. I did not bring a copy of my child’s birth certificate?
- Customers without a copy of his/her child’s birth certificate will not be entertained.
7. Can I redeem on behalf of my friend or relative who is not physically present?
- No, only parents of child whom the diaper is being redeemed for is allowed to participate in this Diaper Swap program. BabyLove Swap agents are entitled to request for parents’ NRIC for verification purposes.
8. Can my friend or relative use their NRIC to redeem on my behalf?
- No, this is not permitted. Details on the birth certificate and NRIC must correspond. Therefore, only parents themselves are eligible to conduct the swap.
9. I did not bring my child’s birth certificate nor did I bring a photocopy of my child’s birth certificate. Can I still qualify?
- Customers without their child’s birth certificate or a copy of their child’s birth certificate will not be entertained.
10. My child just turned 49 months last month. Can I still qualify?
- No, customers whose children are 4 years old (48 months) and above will not be entertained.
11. How many packs of BabyLove Night diapers can I redeem?
- The swap is limited to 1 pack/1 child per household.
12. I have two children in my family. Can I redeem 1 pack for each child?
- No, the swap is limited to 1 pack/1 child per household.
13. How do I know what BabyLove products I will receive in exchange?
- The first 100 customers in line from 1.00pm on 16th September 2012 at the BabyLove Night SWAP Diaper program swap area will receive 1 pack of BabyLove Night Value pack (M20/L17/XL15 size depending on stock availability)
- The next 200 customers in line from 1.00pm on 16th September 2012 at the BabyLove Night SWAP Diaper program swap area will receive 1 pack of BabyLove Night TRAVEL pack (M4/L3/XL3 size depending on stock availability)
- Should stocks run low, Swap agents may provide alternative sizes instead of the size requested by customers.
